it smells good
So after I told one of my coworkers yesterday that one of my favorite lotions was stolen with a purse that disappeared out of my house last week, I get a surprise present at work. She and another coworker went to Bath and Body Works and picked me up some Cherry Blossom scented yummies - a spray, lotion and shower gel. I am so pleased with them, I love working here.

Things are looking up. By Wednesday, Trevor will have a job offer..whether it’s temporary with Sonitrol or full-time with Comcast has yet to be known… I’ve applied for IBR to relieve some of the large amounts of student loan payments I’m making each month, so I’ll have a little more breathing room when it comes to spending. I think I’m doing a pretty good job...

Busy Busy
I like being busy.
My weeks consist of various set activities:
Mon-Fri: My day job from 8-5
Tuesdays: Night job from 6-10:30
Wednesdays: Trivia (if we still continue it now that Jon’s up in Boston)
Fridays: Knitting after work, sometimes First Friday, sometimes Contra Dance
Sundays: a 5 or 6 hour shift at the 2nd job, anytime during the day.

Another brief update
In the past two weeks I’ve:
-taken a weekend trip to La Rioja, Spain’s famous wine region. I learned to enjoy red wine, drove a 9-person manual van through the perilous Spanish countryside, the most terrifying being those traffic devices they call ‘roundabouts’….it was quite fun to drive, actually. The country is beautiful, so green and rolling hills and olive trees...
